Sales Manager, Pool Villa Project (Phuket) 2 Days Off per Week P.

• Attend meetings with management to report sales / transfers
• Supervise and be responsible for sales and closing deals with project customers
• Drive policies to generate new sales
• Coordinate with the marketing department to organize sales/marketing activities
• Follow up with customers via online media/other channels
• Sales through 2 main channels: Direct sales through the company and sales through Agency
• Other sales-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Male - Female, age not exceeding 45 years old Diploma - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields Agile with good interpersonal skills Passionate about sales and possesses negotiation skills Able to use basic computer programs, including Social media Able to travel for work upcountry occasionally; ability to drive a car will be specially considered Able to drive/has a driver's license Has experience in horizontal real estate sales/Pool Villa (3-5 years) Able to communicate in English
