Head of Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory

manage NDT (practical management of works and personnel); organize and control the performance of non-destructive testing diagnostics; organize and coordinate the work of NDT engineers, verification and confirmation of the quality of reports; plan technological processes and monitor compliance with work deadlines; conduct incoming quality control of materials, maintain records of quality indicators; ensure the laboratory is supplied with materials and equipment for non-destructive testing; organize timely repair and verification of control equipment and measuring instruments; preparation of permit documentation and interaction with supervisory authorities; maintenance of laboratory documentation, participation in laboratory certification/accreditation and implementation of testing methods;

Requirements

higher technical education; valid qualification certificates/certifications in NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, etc.) - levels II-III or equivalent according to professional standards; knowledge of regulations (GOST, ISO/IEC 17025 and industry rules and methodologies for specific NDT methods); skills in organizing work and responsibility for the safety and metrology of the laboratory; possession of a valid A1 industrial safety certification; understanding of the physical foundations and operating principles of control and measuring equipment, defect evaluation criteria, and rejection standards; knowledge of the basics of metrology, traceability of results, and internal quality control; proficiency in computer programs: MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a good level; proficiency in English at B1 or B2 level, necessary for reading technical documentation and preparing technical reports if necessary.
