QMR Supervisor

1. Establish and maintain the processes needed for the AS9100:2016 & ISO9001:2015 international standard quality management systems
2. Report to the management quality system review committee on the performance of the quality management system and any need for continuous development and improvement
3. Ensure that the awareness of customer requirements (both internal and external) is promoted among personnel within the organization
4. Act as the organization's representative and coordinate externally regarding the quality management system
5. Supervise and ensure that regular Internal Quality Audits (IQA) are conducted
6. Communicate and ensure that employees are aware of customer requirements
7. Control and maintain documents in a systematic manner
8. Responsible for surveying and assessing customer satisfaction
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
10. Must ensure that subordinates have appropriate knowledge and competence, and a sufficient understanding of their operations

Qualifications: Gender: Male - Female, Age: 30 years and above Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field or related fields Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in ISO systems Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related standards Data analysis and problem-solving skills Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between departments Good skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English Proficient in using Microsoft Office and preparing reports Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration Work at the factory in Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate and work from Monday - Saturday
