Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential customer groups.

Quotation and Costing
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare cost information and quotations.
- Review RFQ requirements and ensure all information requested by the customer is fully prepared.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotation documents.
- Follow up on quotation status and conduct negotiations with customers as appropriate.
- Follow up on quotation and project status until customer approval or receipt of Purchase Order.
Customer and Project Coordination
- Act as the primary coordinator between the customer and JTH for assigned projects.
- Coordinate customer requirements with relevant internal departments.
- Monitor project schedules, sample submissions, trial production, and readiness for mass production.
- Support customer audits, meetings, and technical discussions as necessary.
- Responsible for coordinating customer complaints and working with the Quality department and related units to ensure issues are resolved within the specified timeframe.
Sales Administration and Reporting
- Store and update customer information, quotations, and project data accurately and up-to-date.
- Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts.
- Update Sales Pipeline and project status to be current.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against assigned targets.
- Prepare reports for management review and consideration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, high-precision parts, or plastic injection processes will be given special consideration.
- Experience working with B2B customers and industrial products will be given special consideration.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Engineering Drawing, Specification, and technical documents.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into requirements for internal departments.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or quotation systems will be given special consideration.
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with international customers and group affiliates.
- Must be able to use Japanese for communication.
- Able to travel for work or visit customers off-site as necessary.
