Digital Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation initiatives by delivering digital solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline business processes, and optimize core operational systems.

• Manage end-to-end digital projects, including business requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-launch monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare business proposals, project documentation, reports and management updates to support project governance and decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related roles. Familiarity with digital technologies, AI tools, and IT systems is an advantage. Experience in the financial services, fintech, or digital business industry is an advantage.
