Business Development Supervisor - Thai Awesome (Chaengwattana Head Office)

1. Develop new products or innovative products, including brand building (PET FOOD business group) to increase sales and company growth.
2. Support Sales-Marketing departments in market and competitor research, including establishing growth guidelines for each country.
3. Analyze results and improve current products based on market feedback, and adjust strategies to increase sales efficiency.
4. Coordinate with the Ratchaburi factory to manage outsource manufacturing in alignment with the business development plan.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Faculty of Science, majoring in Food Science and Technology; Faculty of Agro-Industry, majoring in Packaging Technology; or Faculty of Science, majoring in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science. At least 2 years of work experience in product development within the food business group (experience in the PET FOOD business group will be specially considered). Able to communicate in English at a good level. Knowledge of new product research and development processes, including product testing. Skills in analyzing market data and consumer behavior. Able to communicate and present concepts clearly, both within the team and with customers. Able to plan and execute product development projects effectively.
