Sales Officer (International)

• Plan and monitor product delivery to customers
• Prepare purchase–sale agreements and related documents
• Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure delivery is on schedule
• Verify the accuracy of sales, shipping, and customs clearance documents
• Summarize monthly sales and shipping cost reports
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on satisfaction results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) Negotiation and coordination skills Knowledge of rubber products or experience in international sales will be specially considered Detail-oriented and able to solve immediate problems effectively Able to respond to customer emails in English well
