Product Research and Development Manager

1. Plan, supervise, and control the research and development process for new products, including the improvement of existing products, to align with market demands and company standards.

1. Implement innovation strategies and new technologies to increase the company's competitiveness.

1. Formulate R&D strategies and policies, while continuously monitoring and evaluating performance.

1. Analyze the feasibility of research and development projects to ensure appropriate and worthwhile investment.

1. Control costs and manage the R&D budget for maximum efficiency.

1. Manage and develop the R&D team to possess the skills, knowledge, and potential to conduct research professionally.

1. Coordinate with various departments both internally and externally, such as Marketing, Production, and related agencies, to ensure smooth product development.

1. Inspect and control research and development operations to comply with specified quality standards.

1. Support product development to meet customer needs and align with company strategies.

1. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male or Female Age 30 years and above Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Food Science, Food Engineering, or other related fields Creative with a passion for learning new things Able to work well under pressure Responsible and attentive to assigned tasks At least 2-5 years of experience in product research and development; experience in a supervisory or team leader position will be specially considered Skills in formula analysis, data analysis, pilot production, and problem-solving Understanding of quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Marketing, and other departments Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team Able to communicate in English at a good level (Speaking, Reading, Writing) Proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs
