eMSC/IMS Implementation and Support Engineer

Implementation and support of eMSC/IMS projects. Diagnosis and analysis of various scenarios using SIP/DIAMETER/CAP/MAP/BSSAP/RANAP protocols. Diagnosis and resolution of situations related to the operation of our solutions and interaction with equipment from other vendors. Implementation of new projects on the customer's network, performing updates. Interaction with the development team/project managers. Conducting training for customers. Participation in weekly paid on-call shifts. Participation in business trips.

Requirements

Linux working skills, knowledge of basic commands. Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP stack, routing and switching). Knowledge of SIP, DIAMETER, CAMEL protocols. Knowledge of the architecture and operating principles of 2/3/4G mobile networks. Understanding, knowledge of the architecture and operating principles of IMS systems. Understanding the principles of call flow in mobile networks of various generations. Skills in using Wireshark software for signaling traffic analysis. Ability to work with RFC and 3GPP standards and specifications. Proficiency in English at a level sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation.
