Sales Supervisor

Customer service (CS)

1. Summarize, analyze, and prepare sales forecasts to send to other relevant departments
2. Summarize, analyze, and resolve delivery plans to meet customer requirements
3. Control product delivery costs
4. Follow up on production volumes that do not meet the delivery plan
5. Report monthly sales for each customer and find ways to improve in cases where sales do not meet targets
6. Verify accuracy and respond to delivery plans for each customer PO
7. Perform data corrections in the ERP system in case of price changes
8. Record sales items (SO) and exports (Delivery) in the ERP system
9. Receive and communicate regarding after-sales service (Q,C,D,S) both internally and externally
10. Jointly analyze quality problems with the CQE team and customers
11. Survey, analyze, and find solutions if customer satisfaction scores do not meet the specified criteria (overall and sub-topics)
12. Communicate various company policies to customers
13. Prepare, control, and comply with the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Hazardous Substance Management System in products: HSF
14. Control, supervise, and resolve various problems within the assigned area of responsibility
15. Responsible for other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Logistics, or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in selling automotive products Have knowledge and understanding of operating under ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 Quality Management Systems, and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems Able to work overtime Agile and able to work well with others Have leadership qualities Have responsibility and follow up on work to achieve set results Have a positive attitude towards work Able to work well under pressure Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license Able to travel for off-site work Able to communicate in English
