QA Inspector

1. Inspect the quality of First shot, Middle, and Last shot parts based on customer specifications. Responsible for Weight Part, Appearance, Dimension, and Function Test, including data recording.
2. Inspect and control measuring tools to ensure they are in perfect condition and ready for use.
3. Inspect and control CF, JIG inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition and ready for use.
4. Responsible for Co-check Part with customers together with QA Engineer, and be involved in New Model and Current Part tasks.
5. Responsible for measuring molds or mold components in case of requests from relevant departments.
6. Must understand and be accurately and clearly aware of Customer Requirements.

Qualifications: Male / Female, aged 22 years and above High School, Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience Must have at least 1 year of experience in quality inspection (in a QA Inspector position) Knowledge of quality systems IATF6949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 Able to use measuring tools: CMM, Microscope, Tensile Strange, 3D Scan Able to read Drawing Able to use basic English Have a good attitude and be diligent in performing duties
