Import Representative - International Shipping

For an international shipping and customs brokerage company, one of the oldest and largest in the field, with nationwide coverage, an Import International Shipping Representative is required. Full-time position, good conditions, discretion guaranteed! The company offers 2 tracks in import: 1. follow up - handling import shipments, receiving orders from customers in Israel and agents abroad, opening orders in the system, tracking orders with agents abroad, shipping companies and airlines, status reporting to customers, preparing quotations for existing customers, real-time problem solving. 2. Operations - opening Speds, checking arrival forecasts and customer notifications, transmissions to customs, handling delays, tracking shipments that were not released, handling shortages, damages, working with agents abroad, cargo terminals, shipping companies, airlines and customers in Israel. Experience in import from an international shipping / shipping / courier / aviation company. Good level of English. High service orientation.
