Branch Manager in a Tourism Company

A global tourism company (outbound tourism) in Tel Aviv is looking for a Branch Manager. Routine management of a boutique branch consisting of a small and professional team. Responsibility for sales targets, service, and performance. Motivating employees, coaching, monitoring, and team development. Providing responses to customers and handling complex cases. Preparing routine reports for management on branch activity, performance, targets, and progress. Responsibility for the visibility, order, and professional conduct of the branch. Previous experience in a managerial role in the tourism field - mandatory. Proven experience in managing and motivating a team of employees. Very good level of English. High service orientation and sales ability. High expression skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and leadership ability. Ability to work independently in a computerized environment, responsibility, and initiative.
