Your tasks

• Prepare fresh bakes for daily café service.
• Support recipe testing, balancing flavour, texture and nourishment.
• Plan daily production and maintain consistent quality.
• Keep your workspace clean, manage ingredients and minimise waste.

Requirements

• Possesses a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 Certification.
• Relevant baking experience and a sound understanding of baking techniques.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and experiment.
• Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
• Enjoy working in a team and take pride in baking from scratch.
