As Accounting Manager, you will take charge of the administrative and financial processes of an international SaaS group composed of three legal entities. You will structure and optimize the entire accounting cycle, guarantee the reliability of financial reporting, and manage a team of two employees.

You will work in close collaboration with the CFO and produce reliable financial data intended for reporting, budget monitoring, and financial modeling.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and develop an accounting team of two employees.
  • Structure and manage all accounting processes.
  • Supervise the complete cycle, from customer and supplier invoices to accounting entries and cash flow monitoring.
  • Guarantee complete, correct, and up-to-date accounting.
  • Coordinate external partners responsible for encoding, matching, and bank reconciliations.

  • Monitor the financial results of three legal entities.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly financial reports.
  • Calculate and control cut-offs and provisions.
  • Define and implement control points to ensure the reliability of closings.
  • Organize and secure the accounting closing for each entity.
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Develop and deploy operational performance indicators.
  • Design and optimize financial dashboards using artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Support the CFO in budget monitoring and financial models.
  • Improve internal financial and administrative processes.
  • Optimize expense validation procedures.
  • Improve customer invoicing processes and the control of strategic suppliers.
  • Select and implement financial software and automation solutions.
  • Monitor the needs and performance of financial tools.
  • Perform analyses regarding major operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead financial and cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Coordinate relations with auditors, accountants, banks, and external advisors.
  • Manage legal, administrative, and tax obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with Belgian and French regulatory requirements.
  • Administer stock option plans and the capitalization table.
  • Support financing, international development, and acquisition projects.
  • Prepare financial information and presentations for the Board of Directors.
  • You have more than five years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • You have worked within an SME, a scale-up, or an accounting firm.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • You are proficient in monthly and annual closings.
  • You are capable of supervising the complete accounting of several legal entities.
  • You have experience in financial and analytical reporting.
  • You are familiar with legal, tax, and administrative obligations.
  • Ideally, you have a good knowledge of Belgian accounting and legal regulations.
  • Knowledge of the French accounting and legal context is a significant asset.
  • You have experience with intercompany transactions and group closings.
  • You are capable of coordinating accountants, auditors, banks, and external advisors.
  • You have already managed or supported a Finance team.
  • You work in a structured and process-oriented manner.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital tools and automation.
  • You are capable of selecting, implementing, and optimizing financial systems.
  • You are interested in the applications of artificial intelligence in the financial field.
  • You know how to transform reliable financial data into relevant reports and dashboards.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
