Plant Controller - Schellebelle

As a Plant Controller, you will act as a financial business partner within the production and supply chain environment. You form the bridge between figures and operations and support the various cost centers that contribute to the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Your responsibilities:

• Cost analysis of all plant and supply chain activities, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Month-end closing for production: accruals, cost allocations, variance analyses, and monitoring of key cost drivers such as inventory movements, valuations, efficiency, and overhead absorption.
• Preparation of investment analyses and business cases to support capex decisions.
• Active monitoring of inventory levels, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Translating financial insights into concrete actions that strengthen the performance of the plant.
• Continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting by critically evaluating and implementing more efficient working methods.
• Reporting to the Group Controller.
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Plant Controller in an international environment.
• Experience in fashion/retail is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convert complex financial info into clear business insights.
• Critical, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Accurate, but simultaneously able to maintain the helicopter view.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
