Plant Controller

In an international production environment where quality, innovation, and operational efficiency are central, you will take on a key role in connecting financial insights with the daily operations of the plant. As a business partner, you will support production, supply chain, and other cost centers that contribute to the Cost of Goods Sold.

• Analyzing all costs related to plant activities and supply chain.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Performing month-end closings, including accruals, cost allocations, and variance analyses.
• Monitoring manufacturing cost drivers such as inventory movements, valuations, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption.
• Translating analyses into concrete actions and actionable insights.
• Supporting investment files by preparing financial analyses and business cases.
• Monitoring inventory levels, performing reconciliations, and analyzing discrepancies.
• Strengthening a KPI-driven culture by providing clear reporting.
• Continuously improving controlling processes by critically evaluating existing working methods.
• Implementing more efficient financial controls and reporting practices.
• Reporting to the Group Controller.
• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• At least five years of experience in plant controlling within an international context.
• Experience in the fashion or retail sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly translate complex financial information.
• Proactive and independent business partner with a transparent communication style.
• Strong analytical insight and the ability to convert data into concrete recommendations.
• Critical mindset combined with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, while maintaining a helicopter view.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
