Financial Controller Benelux - Bruxelles

As a Financial Controller, you will join an international finance team and ensure the operational monitoring, analysis, and reliability of financial activities for the Benelux zone. You will collaborate with teams based in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, and contribute both to financial control and the continuous improvement of processes.

Your main responsibilities:

Financial Control

• Coordination of monthly and quarterly closings, including P&L analyses, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
• Preparation and reliability of annual and quarterly budgets.
• Performance analysis and implementation of corrective measures (activity, invoicing, costs, margins, cash flow).
• Monthly synthesis of results and communication to Management.
• Close collaboration with accounting, payroll, business, IT, and other support service teams.

Financial Analysis

• Analysis of the performance of Benelux entities and proposal of improvement actions.
• Monitoring of turnover, FAE, FNP, margins, OPEX, CAPEX.
• Conducting cost audits.
• Monitoring of WCR, DSO, cash flow, and debt.

Operational Control & Continuous Improvement

• Ensuring the reliability of non-financial data (e.g., headcount monitoring).
• Production and optimization of financial reporting models and forecasts.
• Development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring the deployment of new analysis tools, notably via Power BI.
• Participation in cross-functional projects, ad hoc audits, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribution to acquisition projects.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, management, CCA, or equivalent.
• First experience in audit or management control.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Sense of organization, rigor, dynamism, and reactivity.
• Listening skills, analytical mindset, and solution orientation.
• Comfortable in an international environment and interacting with multiple teams.
