As a Financial Controller, you will be part of an international finance team and will be responsible for the financial follow-up, reporting, and analysis of activities within the Benelux. You will work closely with the teams in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands and contribute to both financial control and operational improvement projects.

Your main responsibilities:

Financial control

  • Coordinating monthly and quarterly closings, including P&L analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Preparing and monitoring annual and quarterly budgets.
  • Performing performance analyses and proposing corrective measures (activity, invoicing, costs, margin, cashflow).
  • Monthly synthesis and reporting of results to management.
  • Close collaboration with accounting, payroll, business, IT, and other supporting teams.

Analyses

  • Analysis of the performance of the Benelux entities and implementation of improvement actions.
  • Monitoring and control of revenue, FAE, FNP, margins, OPEX, and CAPEX.
  • Performing cost audits.
  • Monitoring BFR, DSO, cashflow, and debts.

Operational control & continuous improvement

  • Responsible for the reliability of non-financial data (e.g., personnel follow-up).
  • Developing and improving reporting models and KPI dashboards.
  • Implementing and monitoring new analysis tools, including via Power BI.
  • Contributing to transversal projects, acquisitions, and ad-hoc audits.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, business administration, CCA, or equivalent.
  • First experience in audit or controlling.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and organizational talent.
  • Dynamic, committed, ambitious, and able to switch gears quickly.
  • Strong communicator and comfortable in an international context.
