Accountant – Finance & Continuous Improvement

Within an international and growing organization, as an accountant – finance & continuous improvement, you will have a role that goes beyond classical accounting. The position combines accounting, controlling, process optimization, and digitalization, ensuring your expertise as an accountant – finance & continuous improvement has a direct impact on the evolution of the finance department.

You will work in a Finance team of three people and support a CFO who is expert-comptable certified. The organization is at an important turning point: the migration to Odoo, where not only the system is changing, but the entire way of working is being optimized.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Active participation in the migration and implementation of Odoo.
• Entering and following up on accounting transactions.
• Preparing monthly and year-end closings.
• Carrying out VAT obligations and preparing ISOC returns.
• Drafting budgets, dashboards, and cost analyses.
• Performing performance analyses and controlling.
• Preparing financial audits.
• Improving, digitalizing, and automating financial and administrative processes.

As an accountant – finance & continuous improvement, you will be given the space to analyze, make proposals, and actively help build a modern Finance operation.

• Bachelor or master in comptabilité, fiscalité or finance.
• First experience in accounting (1 to 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and AI.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Analytical, curious, structured, and able to oversee the big picture.
• Desire to learn, improve, and actively contribute to the evolution of the organization.
