Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload.
- Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims.
- Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity.
- Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims, ideally within a third-party environment.
- Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation.
- Working towards or willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.
