Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in successful sales and sales management work. You are passionate about developing and making deals. We would prefer that you have an academic education in engineering, economics/marketing, or equivalent. If you have experience in VVS, it is a merit. You have a high technical understanding and are accustomed to driving the organization forward towards set goals, preferably with experience from long sales cycles. Furthermore, we look for experience in working both towards manufacturing customers and wholesalers and that you are a skilled relationship builder. You are a person who enjoys being on the road. By working closely with our customers and your team, you will gain insight into how business and sales work can be developed. As the assignment is international, good knowledge of English is required.

In the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, your task will be to nurture existing relationships, develop new customers, and, together with the development department, broaden our assortment. The assignment is international as the majority of our sales are for export. In your team, there is a sales support and a salesperson. In addition to leading your employees, you are yourself operational in the field and have total responsibility for the sales and sales cost budget. Other tasks include developing marketing activities and ensuring they are implemented. You participate in trade fairs and are responsible for PR and promotional material. You report to the CEO and are part of the company's management group. Approximately 85% of manufacturing is for export within Europe. The number of employees is 75, of which 35 are in Sweden. Turnover amounts to approximately 120 MSEK.
