WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The RCM Claim Status Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining up to date claim adjudication statuses from payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pending Claims Resolution: Obtain claim status from payer portals for pending claims in the billing system
• Pending A/R Resolution: Determine payment amount for pending claims
• Additional Responsibilities: Adapt and take on evolving responsibilities and projects as Finni Health grows and the RCM landscape changes.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a proactive and collaborative individual contributor with a strong background in revenue cycle management, driven by a commitment to operational excellence and financial performance.

• 1-3 years of experience working at a healthcare organization or behavioral health setting
• Experience navigating payer portals such as Availity
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency working with spreadsheets
• Google suite and Slack
