Lead Engineer, System (R&D/Product Development)

We are seeking an R&D-focused Lead Engineer to drive product development by bringing together mechanical, electronics and firmware components to form complete, functional products. The ideal candidate has product-level system engineering experience, strong technical ownership and the ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through to product launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product development across mechanical, electronics and firmware disciplines.
- Lead product-level system engineering, integration and troubleshooting across subsystems.
- Translate product requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design reviews, prototyping, testing and validation.
- Identify technical risks and drive solutions to ensure product performance and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant R&D, system engineering or product development experience.
- Experience developing complete products involving multiple engineering disciplines.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electronics and firmware/embedded systems.
- Strong technical ownership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Industrial product development experience is an advantage.
