Your tasks

Be ready to embark on a journey which offers you an exciting opportunity.

WHAT TO EXPECT We are looking for a service oriented and resourceful professional to support our Private Wealth Services business. You will own the daily servicing of client and partner accounts, coordinate cases from submission to completion, and keep all parties informed throughout the process. You will also conduct purposeful outreach to clients and partners to follow up on opportunities, arrange reviews and strengthen relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients and business partners, responding promptly and providing clear updates on enquiries, requests and case progress.
  • Manage cases end to end, including onboarding, document collection, submission, underwriting follow up, outstanding requirements, policy issuance and servicing after the sale.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy, maintain clear case records and follow through on every outstanding item.
  • Coordinate closely with advisers, operations, compliance, finance and management, as well as insurers and other solution providers, to resolve issues and meet agreed timelines.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, identify the right person or resource to unblock a case, and escalate urgent or higher risk matters appropriately.
  • Conduct follow up outreach to existing and prospective clients or partners, arrange meetings and reviews, and nurture enquiries until the appropriate next step is clear.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, meeting materials and service related correspondence.
  • Identify recurring service issues and recommend practical improvements to templates, trackers and working processes.

Requirements

This role suits someone who enjoys solving operational problems, follows through without constant supervision and knows how to bring internal teams and insurers together to move a case forward.

  • Diploma or Degree in business, finance, banking, economics or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, case management, sales support or operations. Experience in life insurance, financial advisory, wealth management, private banking, insurance broking or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ownership, resourceful problem-solving, and the ability to manage several active cases and competing deadlines without losing sight of details.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, with a calm and service-minded approach when handling clients and partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a good understanding of confidentiality when handling client information.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining structured case records, trackers and follow-up schedules.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous because the role supports Mandarin-speaking clients and partners; proficiency in Malay is also an advantage.
  • Completion of RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, BCP, PGI and ComGI is preferred
