QE Engineer / IQC Technician

Position: QE Engineer

Job Description Responsible for quality engineering tasks in the production process of electronic products and electrical appliances, focusing on controlling and improving product quality, reducing defect issues, and preventing problems occurring in the production process.

• Control and monitor product quality and production processes to comply with specified standards.
• Analyze quality problems and find root causes, while determining corrective and preventive measures.
• Prepare and follow up on Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA).
• Analyze data regarding Defect, NG, Yield, and scrap in the production process.
• Coordinate with Production, Process, Engineering, and Supplier departments to resolve quality issues.
• Inspect and monitor work standards, including improving processes to reduce quality problems.
• Prepare reports and documents related to Quality Engineering work.
• Support the inspection and analysis of product problems, including product testing according to company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Position: IQC Technician

Job Description

• Inspect the quality of raw materials, parts, and materials received from Suppliers to ensure compliance with specified standards.
• Inspect products using measuring tools and relevant inspection equipment.
• Verify Specification, Drawing, and incoming inspection standards.
• Record inspection results and prepare Incoming Inspection reports.
• Segregate and control raw materials/parts that do not meet standards (NG).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Supplier, and Quality departments to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and report raw material and part quality issues to supervisors.
• Support problem analysis and implement quality problem resolutions.
• Maintain documents and records related to quality inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Production Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.
• Experience in IQC / QC / Incoming Inspection in an electronics manufacturing factory.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Quality Engineer (QE) or Quality Control in an electronics manufacturing factory. Knowledge of problem analysis and quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA. Ability to analyze Defect, NG, Yield data and follow up on problem-solving approaches. Detail-oriented, possesses problem-solving skills, and can work under pressure. Able to communicate in English. Experience in Electronics / PCBA / SMT / Assembly manufacturing factories will be specially considered.
