Workshop Operative / CNC Machine Operator

We specialise in cut-to-size MDF and melamine panels, CNC machining, edge banding and custom components for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture and interior projects.

Main duties:

• Operating or assisting with CNC and panel-processing machinery
• Cutting and edge banding MDF and melamine panels
• Reading cutting lists, drawings and customer specifications
• Checking dimensions and finished parts for accuracy
• Labelling, organising and packing customer orders
• Loading and handling sheet materials safely
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in CNC machining, cabinetmaking, joinery or furniture production is preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Forklift experience and a full driving licence would be an advantage

Applicants with strong practical skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
