Your tasks

• Plan and manage the daily supply of potatoes to the factory.
• Lead and follow up with employees in the raw material reception.
• Register and control received raw materials.
• Ensure that raw materials are delivered in accordance with quality requirements and production needs.
• Collaborate closely with raw material producers, production, planning, and the raw material team.
• Follow up on waste management and compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Contribute to good relations with our producers and partners.
• Participation in exciting projects related to potato production.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other food safety requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Education in agronomy, plant science, or another relevant field.
• Experience from agriculture, the food industry, or raw material handling.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with personnel management is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• The working languages are English and Norwegian, and it is important to master both orally and in writing.
• Ability and opportunity to establish and utilize contact networks in the industry.
• Likes to be out in the field and visiting our potato producers.
