Kitchen Manager Trainee (m/f/d) in Hamburg

Your tasks
- Planning of the entire range of hot and cold dishes, taking into account current nutritional science findings and the overall development in the contract catering sector.
- Responsible management of the production of all hot and cold dishes in the facility based on specified plans, calculations, and recipes, as well as performing necessary post-calculations.
- Management of personnel assignments within the kitchen, taking into account the specified duty and shift schedules.
- Temporary sharing of responsibility with the job holder in the respective facility during the induction period.
Your profile
- Completed culinary training and Küchenmeister examination, as well as several years of professional experience in contract catering and gastronomy.
- Applicants will be given the opportunity to obtain missing professional qualifications within 2 years.
- Willingness and ability to instruct and lead employees.
- Confident appearance and assertiveness, as well as English language skills.
- Careful, systematic way of working & independence in the execution of tasks.
