Your tasks

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established commercial vehicle business with the recruitment of a Vehicle Sales Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a growing vehicle sales team. The role would suit someone with previous car or van sales experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and delivering a first-class customer experience.

• Sell new and used vehicles along with associated products and add-ons
• Manage customer enquiries from telephone, email, online and walk-in sources
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting and other sales activity
• Follow up incoming leads within agreed timescales
• Take customers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Organise and maintain the new and used vehicle display area
• Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve agreed sales targets for vehicles and associated products
• Confidently explain vehicle features, specifications and benefits to maximise sales potential
• Negotiate and close deals professionally and effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales administration and completed contracts
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requirements

• Previous vehicle sales, van sales or car sales experience
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised, professional and reliable approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Autoline CRM would be advantageous
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence required
