Permanent, full-time position based in Hazel Grove, Greater Manchester . Salary From £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience + highly attractive uncapped commission / bonus Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new customers through proactive B2B sales activity Generate new business across road freight, logistics and transport services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Understand customer requirements and provide suitable freight solutions Manage customer bookings from initial enquiry through to completion Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities to convert new business Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth Work closely with operations teams to ensure shipments are managed smoothly Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline activity Work towards and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets Skills & Experience Requirements Previous experience within B2B sales, business development or account management Road freight, transport or logistics experience would be highly advantageous Proven ability to generate new business and close sales Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercially minded and target-driven Confident dealing with customers by telephone and email Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple accounts Motivated by earning potential and uncapped commission Benefits Basic salary from £35,000 depending on experience Highly lucrative uncapped commission / bonus structure No ceiling on earning potential Permanent, full-time position 28 days' holiday including bank holidays Christmas closure Free gym membership Opportunity to build and manage your own customer portfolio Excellent progression and career development opportunities Supportive working environment within a growing logistics business Please apply.
