For the organizational unit Produktmgt. Infrastrukturberatung, we are looking for a Technical Specialist IT / Printer Validation and Support (m/f/d) for the Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main location, starting at the earliest possible date.

With our Managed Service products, we provide our customers with a standardized complete package for the easy use of workstations and printers as well as multifunction devices, which comprehensively relieves our customers of infrastructure tasks. The validation of printers and multifunction devices represents the basis for this standardized offering.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the organization and implementation of the validation of new devices and drivers from the approved manufacturers HP, Kyocera, and Lexmark until publication for the customer
• Support in integrating devices into existing networks in the test environment as well as creating templates for integration and driver management; testing and documenting the scan/print behavior and print quality of new devices as well as creating technical instructions
• Collaboration in the analysis and reproduction of error situations in a test environment
• Analysis and solution of general printer problems for our customers
• Support within the framework of hardware validation in the OSPlus environment and our product "Managed Service Arbeitsplatz Print"
• Support during rollouts of new systems within the framework of our product "Managed Service Arbeitsplatz Print" as well as collaboration in projects

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Informatik or a comparable vocational training
• Initial subject-related professional experience
• Initial knowledge of the functioning, use, and application of printers and multifunction devices in network infrastructures
• Communication and coordination skills
• Customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
