For the organizational unit Produktmgt. Infrastrukturberatung, we are looking for an IT Product Specialist - Apple & Client Workplace (m/f/d) for the Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main location, starting at the earliest possible date.

With our Managed Service products, we provide our customers with a standardized complete package for the easy use of stationary and mobile workstations, which comprehensively relieves our customers of infrastructure tasks. The department is responsible for the functional and technical support of Managed Services workstation solutions (including the components "Managed Service Arbeitsplatz Apple" and "Managed Service Arbeitsplatz Client").

Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of hardware and mobile communications rollouts at the institutes for the Managed Services managed by the department (MSAP Apple and MSAP Client)
• Execution of order, service, and rollout management for the responsible Managed Services (MSAP Apple and MSAP Client)
• Contact person and central interface for customers, manufacturers, service providers, and service-providing units within Finanz Informatik
• Management and participation in customer projects
• Contact person for functional and technical questions regarding the responsible Managed Services (MSAP Apple and MSAP Client)
• Conducting consulting sessions for new customers and service discussions with existing customers regarding the Managed Services managed by the department (MSAP Apple and MSAP Client)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies, e.g., in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable discipline, and at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of the functioning, use, and application of technical products in the area of Client and Apple technology
• Experience as a project or rollout manager
• High communication and coordination skills as well as a confident appearance when dealing with customers
• Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills
• Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good written and spoken English skills
