For the Payment-Plattform Karten organizational unit, we are looking for the earliest possible date for the Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main location for a
Head of Department Payment-Plattform Karten (m/f/d).
The department is responsible for end-to-end business processes surrounding the Payment-Plattform Karten and is responsible for their further development over the entire lifecycle. The focus is on secure, customer-oriented, and future-proof card and payment processes.
The position offers the opportunity to actively shape leadership, take on responsibility, and create innovative payment solutions together with the team.
Your tasks: --------------------------------------
- Functional and disciplinary leadership and further development, as well as demand-oriented resource and capacity planning
- Overall responsibility for the business processes and products assigned to the department regarding the Payment-Plattform Karten
- Strategic further development of the area of responsibility and design of future-proof solutions in the payment environment
- Design of clear responsibilities and efficient processes, as well as management of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Ensuring compliance with security-relevant specifications, instructions, and processes
- Taking on special tasks and projects as well as supporting and advising the division management on operational and strategic tasks

- Successfully completed technical or business administration studies or comparable qualification
- Strong and proven leadership competence as well as experience in the leadership and further development of employees
- Strong goal orientation, high assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills
- Great affinity for payment and a strong understanding of simple, secure, and customer-oriented processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Ideally experience in individual customer business as well as negotiation security in dealing with different stakeholders
- High resilience as well as willingness to travel
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
