For the Payment-Mehrwertfunktionen organizational unit, we are looking for the earliest possible date for the Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt location for a Consultant Digital Payment (m/f/d) In this key position, functional responsibility will be taken for new and further development projects in the area of Payment. Note: The department is currently predominantly located at the Münster site.

Tasks:

• Integration and optimization of existing products in the Payment area through identification and implementation of improvement measures
• Execution of in-depth data analyses and derivation of recommendations to support decision-making processes
• Consulting and support of customers, including the proactive development of strategies for customer success
• Development and presentation of concepts, including for cross-company requirements, with a focus on finding solutions and coordination
• Process control and ensuring smooth cooperation between internal and external partners within Finanz Informatik, the companies of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe, as well as with national and international payment service providers

Profile:

• Successfully completed subject-related studies or comparable training
• At least six years of subject-related professional experience in the conception, consulting, and implementation of modern Payment solutions, both in the frontend and backend areas as well as business models
• Strong expertise in consulting and supporting customers with a focus on customer success
• Willingness to take on responsibility for the conception, planning, and integration of projects
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills with regard to cooperation with different stakeholders
• Good English skills for exchange with international partners
