Full Stack Developer (Kotlin)

We have for you a fixed base salary of 12,000-14,000 PLN gross per month + up to a 20% quarterly bonus depending on performance; the possibility of 100% remote, office-based, or hybrid work – depending on your needs; employment contract; flexible working hours; an atmosphere of openness and cooperation; the opportunity to develop through participation in innovative international projects; co-financing of the MultiSport program, private medical care; as well as company events.

Daily tasks

• development and maintenance of applications in a microservices architecture;
• creating backend solutions and developing the frontend layer;
• participating in the design and implementation of new functionalities based on business requirements;
• co-creating and developing a cloud environment based on AWS and Kubernetes;
• analyzing the impact of changes on the architecture and existing system components;
• active participation in the technical and architectural decision-making process.

Requirements

min. 4 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer; higher education in a relevant field (technical, computer science, or related); very good knowledge of Kotlin or Java; experience with one of the frameworks: Spring Boot, Ktor, Micronaut, Quarkus, or Vert.x; experience in designing and developing applications based on microservices architecture; practical knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) or Kubernetes; experience in creating modern frontend applications; very good command of English, both spoken and written.
