What will you do?

• Manage recruitment and selection processes from start to finish.
• Design talent attraction strategies for operational and specialized positions.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate potential.
• Follow up on selection processes in coordination with leaders from different areas.

Profile we are looking for

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Conversational English, with the ability to validate the English level of candidates.
• Experience in competency-based interviews.
• Management of job boards, social networks, and talent attraction strategies.
