Holiday: 30 days plus bank holidays A highly respected and growing Independent Financial Advice firm near Letchworth is looking to recruit a Junior Financial Administrator to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish or develop their career within financial services. You’ll receive support from experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, gain valuable industry knowledge and build your skills within a professional, client-focused environment. The Role You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the financial planning team, helping to ensure client records are maintained accurately and business is processed efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the preparation and processing of new business applications. Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems. Liaising with clients and providers to obtain information and chase outstanding requirements. Supporting advisers with valuations, annual reviews and client documentation. Assisting with withdrawals, fund switches and general policy servicing. Organising client paperwork and maintaining electronic files. Providing general administrative support to advisers and Paraplanners. Ensuring a high standard of accuracy and customer service. About You Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services, an IFA practice or a professional services environment. An organised and methodical approach, with good attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office. A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of financial planning. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. What's on Offer?
