BRAND NEW ROLE - OCTOBER 2026 IFA Manager - manage 20 independent financial advisers £100k basic salary plus bonuses and incentives City of London offices - hybrid working on offer An established Chartered IFA firm City of London offices - £3bn AUM across the UK Seeking an experienced Adviser Manager based in the London office Leadership and Team Management qualities are essential Governance and Reporting: MI Data to the Executive Committee Driving accountability, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing Work collaboratively with Operations, Compliance and Marketing teams An average Adviser manages £300k of ongoing advice fees Top Advisers manage £1m+ of ongoing advice fees Assisting with Trainee/Junior Advisers obtaining their CAS Developing competent Advisers with business development plans Conducting 1-2-1's, Appraisals, Upskilling & Coaching to achieve agreed KPI's Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and client servicing Shadowing Advisers in client meetings for Training purposes For more information, contact Peter at Financial Divisions
