A well-established and growing Independent Financial Advice firm in North West London is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Administrator to join its friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to build a long-term career within financial services and financial planning , working alongside experienced Advisers and Paraplanners in a collaborative environment.

The Role

As a Financial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the advisory team, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient, professional and high-quality service throughout the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
  • Preparing client review packs and supporting annual review meetings
  • Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements
  • Obtaining policy information and chasing outstanding documentation
  • Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and compliance requirements

Working Pattern

Location: Harrow / North West London Working: Hybrid – typically 2–3 days from home Culture: Supportive, collaborative and flexible

Requirements

  • Previous experience within financial services administration
  • Experience as a Financial Administrator, IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator
  • Ideally, experience dealing with pensions, investments and/or protection
  • Understanding of financial planning processes and FCA-regulated environments
