Supply Chain Coordinator M/F

As part of our business development, we are looking for a Supply Coordinator M/F to join our Supply Chain team.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Europe, you will ensure the operational management of procurement for a portfolio of suppliers in order to guarantee the availability of materials and components necessary for production, while respecting cost, lead time, and stock level objectives.

You will also be the primary point of contact for suppliers for order tracking, deliveries, commitments, and the management of supply disruptions.

Your main missions:

• Manage procurement and guarantee the availability of materials and components.
• Manage and track supplier orders, from creation to delivery.
• Ensure operational relationships with suppliers and manage supply disruptions.
• Anticipate shortage risks and implement necessary actions.
• Coordinate needs with the Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Organize transport and material pickups if necessary.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Identify malfunctions and propose improvement actions.

You have a Bac+2 degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics, or ideally, you have a first significant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment.

You master:

• Procurement techniques,
• Production constraints and industrial logistics flows.
• An ERP, ideally CEGID and/or SAP.
• Office tools, notably Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Professional English, both written and spoken.
• Supplier performance management and monitoring.
