Corporate Account Manager (M/F)

The position:

Reporting to the Client Interface Manager, you will actively participate in ensuring the interface and operational coordination with the Group's clients. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to the following activities:

• Ensure the monitoring and progress of your entire portfolio of references;
• Coordinate Internal actors and Suppliers to optimize the Customer Service Level;
• Receive requirements and act as the guarantor of delivery deadline compliance to clients;
• Ensure the availability of components necessary for the various stages;
• Identify emergencies and accordingly trigger/lead internal follow-up meetings;
• Inform clients of production progress and future deliveries.

Position to be filled as soon as possible on a CDI basis. Based in Figeac (Lot, Occitanie). Occasional business travel is to be expected.

Profile Sought:

• You hold a degree from higher education in one of the following fields: commerce, customer relations, logistics, and you have a first experience in a similar position;
• You have a fluent level of English allowing you to communicate daily in this language;
• You know how to manage emergencies and unforeseen events;
• Your ability to define priorities will allow you to resolve crisis situations under the best conditions;
• Equipped with good organization, your reactivity and excellent interpersonal skills will guarantee your success.
