*Summary*

We are looking for a reliable and organized *Office Administrator* to provide general administrative support to our team.

This is an entry-level, part-time position that would be a good fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and eager to learn.

The Office Administrator will assist with day-to-day office tasks, communication, filing, scheduling, and general administrative support. The successful candidate will be comfortable asking questions, learning new systems, and helping wherever needed.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and team.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to and organize emails and other correspondence.
  • Assist with filing, document organization, and data entry.
  • Prepare, update, and organize documents and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with basic office tasks and day-to-day coordination.
  • Enter and maintain information accurately.
  • Assist with ordering and tracking office supplies as required.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information.
  • Help keep the office organized and running smoothly.

*Qualifications & Skills*

  • Previous office or administrative experience is an asset.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable answering and making phone calls.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Positive attitude and professional approach.

*Working Hours*

This is a *part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week*.

*Education & Experience*

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous administrative, office, customer service, or similar experience is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
