Freelance Product Designer — Human review interfaces for AI agents

Fieldreason builds AI systems for multi-site operators, deployed inside the client's own environment. Our current build is for an operator of sites that are hard to reach and heavily regulated: agents propose resupply orders, match products across local catalogues and check what can be shipped where. A person confirms every proposal before anything is written to the client's systems.

The whole project depends on one screen: the one where an operator reviews what the AI proposes. If reviewing takes longer than their spreadsheet, nobody will use it.

What you would do

Design the operator review flow: what to show, what to hide, how to approve, correct or reject a proposal in seconds Make the AI's confidence and reasoning readable without making it noisy Work with us on the evaluation criteria behind the screen: what a good proposal is, which errors are acceptable Test with real users (remote, English-speaking operations staff)
