Research Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Dispute Resolution with a focus on Corporate (Business Lawyer)

We are looking for a Research Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Dispute Resolution and Corporate for our office in Berlin, effective immediately.

What You Will Do

• Support our lawyers on ongoing mandates in the field of Dispute Resolution and Corporate
• Legal research on corporate law and commercial law issues
• Collaboration in the preparation of pleadings, legal opinions, statements, and client information
• Support in the preparation of court and arbitration proceedings

What You Bring

• A successfully completed first Staatsexamen
• You already have professional experience in Corporate
• You have very good English skills – ideally already applied abroad
• Last but not least: You have a sense of humor and enjoy contributing yourself and your skills to our collective success, constantly developing yourself, and improving the results of your work
