We are looking for a Research Associate (m/f/d) Corporate (preferably alongside a doctorate) for our office in Düsseldorf at the earliest possible date.

What You Will Do With Us

• You will assist in advising our clients in the area of Corporate 2-3 days per week
• You will conduct commercial law research and support the drafting of contracts and legal documents
• You will be fully integrated into our efficient and friendly team, which will provide you with practice-oriented training and allow you to gain valuable experience

What You Bring

• Interest in the Corporate area and particularly in stock and capital markets law as well as Risk Advisory & Compliance
• Very good English skills, other foreign languages are also welcome
• A completed 1. Staatsexamen
• Interest in performing an activity alongside a doctorate
• Enthusiasm and understanding of economic contexts and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ideally, initial practical experience in the Corporate area
• Openness towards new and constantly changing technologies
• Desire for a long-term collaboration with us
• Last but not least: Joy in contributing yourself and your skills to our mutual success
