Senior Associate (m/f/d) Corporate, M&A (Jurist/in)

Your job with us For our office in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience for the Corporate, M&A department, to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis.

What you will do with us

• You will advise companies, investors, and entrepreneurs in a team on national and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions
• In addition, you will advise our clients on corporate law issues, such as the formation and corporate structuring of companies, holdings, and joint ventures, as well as on questions of Corporate Governance

What you bring to the table

• Above-average results in your State Examinations and very good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong interest in economic issues
• Openness towards and interest in AI-supported tools
• Team spirit, relevant experience in project management, negotiation, and contract drafting
