What you will do with us

• You advise national and international clients on the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts. This includes, in particular, supply, service, and cooperation agreements, distribution agreements, as well as General Terms and Conditions including platform terms, as well as IT and SaaS contracts
• You support companies in the structuring and implementation of national and cross-border business and distribution models (including digital business models and technology-related issues)
• You advise on Product Compliance, particularly in the area of product safety law, on labeling and information obligations, as well as on regulatory requirements for physical and digital products
• You advise on supply chain issues, performance disruptions, liability issues, contract terminations, as well as on the out-of-court enforcement or defense of contractual claims
• You advise on consumer protection issues
• You advise on international matters and are familiar with IPR and UN sales law

What you bring with you

• Sound knowledge in the area of contract drafting, commercial, and distribution law
• Special knowledge in one of the following areas would also be welcome: product safety law, product liability, IT, software, SaaS, and platform contracts, transport law/logistics, ESG, Life Sciences
• You enjoy teamwork, project management, negotiation, and direct exchange with clients. In addition to a strong understanding of economic contexts, you want to truly understand the business models, products, and operational processes of our clients
• Above-average legal qualifications as well as very good English skills. Above all, however, you think outside the box, question established solutions, and develop creative, pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches for complex issues
• You enjoy contributing yourself and your skills to our mutual success
