Associate (m/w/d) for the Real Estate sector

For our office in München, we are looking for a lawyer (m/w/d) with initial professional experience in the Real Estate sector, starting immediately.

What you do with us

• You advise real estate funds, private investors, investment banks, real estate developers, building managers, and real estate financiers on construction and development, leasing, renting, and transactions (Share and Asset Deals) with national and cross-border relevance.
• A focus of your activity will be the topic of ESG and sustainability in the real estate industry, regarding which you will advise on office and residential real estate, industrial and logistics properties, hotels, and retail real estate.
• Furthermore, you possess sound and profound knowledge in Bau- und Architektenrecht, particularly in contract drafting and review as well as the legal support of construction and development projects.
• You review all legal aspects of investments in the German real estate market, draft contracts, accompany contract negotiations, and conduct Due Diligence audits. And of course, you also support clients in the preparation and setting up of corporate law transaction structures.

What you bring

• You have a high understanding of the commercial interests in the real estate industry and ideally bring initial professional experience in Immobilienrecht, private Baurecht, and Architektenrecht.
• You are highly motivated to continue growing with a successful team and to become part of a friendly and up-and-coming unit with many dedicated colleagues.
• Above-average results in your Staatsexamina.
• Very good – ideally acquired abroad – English skills.
• Last but not least: enjoyment in contributing yourself and your skills to our mutual success.
