Your job with us For our office in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) with or without initial professional experience for the Corporate M&A department, to start immediately in full-time or part-time.

What You do with us

• You advise companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on national and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions
• In addition, You advise our clients on corporate law issues, such as the formation and corporate structuring of companies, holdings, and joint ventures, as well as on questions of Corporate Governance
• You work closely with colleagues from Your team and from other, including international, teams

• Above-average results in Your State Examinations and very good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong interest in economic issues
• Openness towards and interest in AI-supported tools
